Hot wheels unleashed not working right after second boot after fresh install (alien.top)

so every time i install it, it works for as long as its open and when i close it and open it again it gets stuck on either a black screen or a warning type screen and i can move the controls and i can hear them moving around the menu. The game works fine on my pc but i would love to be able to play this on the go, does anyone have a solution for it?
