Minecraft with mods is a logical answer. But I think I'm gonna grind Rocket League. And I'll regret that decision very quickly, but I'm sticking with it.
VRchat, it's a game that will have endless things to do, cause it's the same as going out and meeting strangers to play games, watch movies, sleep, chill, karaoke, parkour, puzzles, board and card games, basically anything you can do irl can be done in VRchat it's literally the loophole
Total War Warhammer: Mortal Engine. A Year is not enough time 😅
Hunt showdown
Roblox or Fortnite considering that they have a lot of experiences
webkinz
Something I can get good at and make money in the competitive gaming scene.
Command and conquer generals zero hour
None because you also need a monitor or TV to use said gaming PC.
Going off other comments as much as I love some games WOW which I didn’t even play that much compared to FF14 is an easy choice. Hardcore alone would consume the year cause of the adventures and threat of danger and risk and setbacks. If we got internet honestly that and a decent guild to chat with and I’ll be okay aside from the eye strain. Offline games honestly no idea I know a few that could eat a year but not many that I’d enjoy the entire time.
Roblox, specifically Arsenal. Sorry, hardcore gamers, I'm addicted.
Either DayZ Arma 3 or CS2
Other people online playing the same game, RuneScape. If I have to play a solo game, Skyrim
RuneScape what else
With internet FFXIV Without stardew valley
Europa Universalis or Football Manager, those games literally take forever, I've wasted weeks of my life playing them like 12 hours a day until I eventually have to completely cut them out because they're just too addictive and time consuming.
Wwe 2k23

7 Days to Die. There is no other game that does what it does as well as it does it in my opinion.
Was gonna say Minecraft too. Endless adventure
Gmod
Do I get any food I want? And either Dark Souls or Elden Ring
Path Of Exile - it comes out with new leagues all the time and even if you're playing it full-time you can try your hand at racing or delving into the absurd depths of this huge game.
A year? Probably a MMO. Maybe FF14
Is the PC connected to the internet?
If not, I would pick one of my favorite long games like Elden Ring or one of the fall outs.
If it was connected to the internet then I would probably pick a multiplayer game like counterstrike, WoW, or elder scrolls online
Skyrim without bugs. Gonna relive my khajiit thief life.
Red Dead Redemption 2 on a RTX 4090 Ti and i9-14XYZpdq sounds amazing.
