Why hasn't any studio recreated Shadow of The Colossus style gameplay? (alien.top)

It was pretty unique since literally no studio had done something like that. It felt like a David vs Goliath epic over and over. Why hasn't any studio replicated that feeling and improved on it?

This probably doesn’t help you, unless you happen to have VR. But there’s a game called Jet island. You travel on a hover board, equipped with arm jets and grappling hooks. You fight a series of colossal machine bosses, some big enough to be inside of. The bosses are so big that they’re environments.

Because it became old after 3 colossi so why makes en entire new game of old played out gameplay.
