Hi there,

I'm imagining it would be super convenient to raise your wrist and add things to your to do list or grocery list.

Does anyone have an Apple Watch compatible app they recommend where you can raise your wrist and add things to your grocery list or to do lists?

Thanks in advance!

Here's something I do with my grocery reminder list. I put all my regular grocery stores on the list as a location-based reminder and then minimize them, so whenever I get to any of those grocery stores, the list automatically pops up.

And I just have to say to Siri "add potato chips to the walmart list". You don't have to say the entire list name.

Microsoft to do is pretty decent

Reminders - you don’t need any other app. Raise wrist and tell Siri to add something to your grocery list.

This! Now with Sections I organize my groceries according to the supermarket aisle so that I can get everything in just one sweep.

It’s crazy they didn’t even try looking.

It is not super convenient. Screen to small. Shopping list too big. Use iPhone.

AnyList. You can create different lists like ‘groceries’ or ‘work’ and say ‘hey siri add eggs to groceries in AnyList”.

Reminders. Especially with the new shopping list feature 😅

I use a shopping list in the “OurGroceries” app which I sync with my wife; it has 3 killer features:

  1. The ability to categorize the items and allow you to list the categories according to the layout of the store. Everything on the list is in order from when you enter the store to when you exit.

  2. Auto-complete from previous entries while maintaining the category. So if you start to add “mi” it suggests “milk” and it shows up in the correct category.

  3. The ability to store a photo with item. Sometimes I’m asked to buy something I’m not familiar with, or there are 10 variations of. A simple photo allows me to pick the right item without thinking about it.

It also has an Apple Watch app, so when I enter the store everything is in order, and I can check them off as I go through the store and not think about the full list, just pick the next item as they appear on the list.

um, raise your wrist, say siri, and tell it to add stuff to reminders. not hard.

Even better: create a “Grocery” list and say “add x to grocery list.

Bring does it for me. Main reason for me why I use Bring instead of Apple Reminders is Alexa integration. Very convenient that I everyone in our household can easily add stuff to the list.

I mean honestly I just use reminders.
