Prob Dark souls 3/ elden ring i could play these game as much as i want i got 19 ng+ on ds3 and 11 on elden rinh
Crusader Kings 3 or Stellaris or some other grand strategy game that’s (almost) infinitely replayable.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen because it's my favorite game and has been for almost 12 years. That'll probably change to the 2nd game in a few months when it's out, but for now, there's no other game I can replay quite as much
Path of Exile, I'll die long before I run out of stuff to do.
Either Bloodborne or Minecraft. So much replay-ability in both.
I was just bitching about path of exile in another post,
but forever is a long time. If i had forever, it would be path of exile.

Warframe. Have been playing for nearly a decade. The only game I consistently return to (other than minecraft for my 24 annual binge ofc)
