I don't but I do have a game journal I make in a spreadsheet organizing and categorising the games I've played

I've made crude maps in excel for games that don't have a map but really should.

Yours looks good though.

I'm using Obsidian for a more wiki approach, ideal for mystery games. I'm using libre office calc for a simple tracking of items and quest in RPG.
