RE4. the remake is good and ill go back to it but ill be playing the original indefinitely.

SMB1 and SMB3, Pac Man, Zelda Link to the past.
I've been playing those games repeatedly my whole life.
Valheim for my survival itch
Oblivion for my rpg itch
Borderlands games. The system of getting better loot and getting new items feels so good.
MGS1,2,3.
Tarkov
Celeste. God I can't stop gushing about it.
ARK Survival Evolved.
It's the reason I hate this game despite having 3.7k hours in it. And yes, I am currently playing it.
Dark Souls
Monster Hunter (all of them)
FFXI
They are supposedly remastering Rainbow Six Vegas (I'm hoping for 1&2, 2 was the best). I'll play RB6V again for sure if they just make it playable on modern systems.
Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer still just scratches an itch for me whenever I'm bored or have nothing else to play.
I love playing games that run on the source engine like counter strike, day of defeat, and half life.
Tetris.
Been playing it since 1998 when I got Tetris DX for my Gameboy Color.
Bloodborne. For me it’s the perfect combination of challenging action, atmosphere, and level design.
Metal Gear Solid 5
I'm aware it's flawed, but gameplay-wise it's superb.
Despite loving the game to death, I have to actively keep myself from playing it, because even if I decide to play it for just 2 hours, I check the time "half an hour" later, and it's actually been 8 hours.
Diablo II, Resurrected is a very good remake, and I recently got the itch to play it again after taking a couple months off.
The legend of Zelda: A link to the past randomizer. Every seed is a puzzle.
Fallout 4 for me. Countless hours on ps4 and then got a PC like 6 years ago and I am still playing it very often. I am a simple minded person so don't come at me with its not a real RPG etc. I dont care. I can spend hours building a settlement and doing mundane shit like placing cups and plates on tables and what not and then more hours just exploring.
Mods also help a lot.
Dawn of War
dayz
Half Life 2
Team fortress 2 baby
I have 500 hours into Cuphead
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Slay the Spire
God Of War I could play it over and over again its just perfect and maybe Batman Arkham Knight too
Pokemon Emerald.
Minecraft for me. it's not "perfect" but I always find myself going back to Minecraft. be it a modded server, trying another modpack, or just building. it's relaxing.
Monster Hunter World. I did everything there is to do in the game and reached the maximum rank. I have all the weapons and armor with all the best decorations. I just can't resist logging in at least and hour a day to join hunts with randoms no matter what monster it is. I don't even get mad if the quest fails.
Modded Minecraft hides under chair
Skyrim and Age of Empires 2. Both are just *chef's kiss in their respective genres. For context, I do not generally play RTSs, cause AOE is such a gold standard for me. I do, however, enjoy a huge variety of RPGs from soulsborne games to Bethesda and everything in between. Both can be fun before hardcore fans of either studio (weird concept to me) come in and downvote 😂
Kerbal Space Program. Took me well over an IRL decade of trial and error to do it, but I JUST made it to the Neptune system. Next challenge is to plant a flag on every single planet/moon
At any time there is usually 1 multiplayer shooter that I pick up and play for years. Right now that is Black Ops: Cold War.
