I can’t stop playing RuneScape.

Not a perfect game, but brings back a lot of nostalgia. It's called Tibia, a MMORPG, I started playing at around 9yo and I still play to this day, in fact, I learnt English because of this game. Now it feels overcomplicated, but still worth my time
Project Zomboid
GTA5
Binding of Isaac always has me going back for more. So much replayability and diversity of gameplay.
Civilization IV, I’ll be long dead by the time everyone realizes what a terrible idea was to change a square grid for a honeycomb and to remove unit stacking.
It’s Balder’s gate 3 for me right now. It just clicks. I find the combat and role play extremely satisfying.
AOE4. I was never huge into RTS games (starcraft was pretty fun though), but this game has me by the ho-hos. Tiny blemishes aside, this game is perfect to me. The music, the tactics, the infinite learning curve, I can see myself playing this game for the rest of my life.
Eldin Ring. I genuinely believe it is the greatest game ever made.
Runescape if there is truly nothing else.
Slay the Spire. Literally can't stop. So chill and relaxing and fun.
Monster Hunter World.
Playing other things at the moment but I always go back to it.
I'll only stop for good when the sequel comes out.
Skyrim. It was my first western RPG and for better or worse set the standard by which I judge RPGs and open world games. Lots of games do things Skyrim did but better but no one brings it together the same way as Skyrim and previous elder scrolls games.
AoE2 and is always my safe space. That and farcry games (especially 3). They’re just so fun to play.
classic everquest
I am addicted to Timberborn. It’s a relatively simple game, but I look at it as a puzzle game. With the map editor and it can continually challenge you.
The dev support during early access has been awesome because they continually add new features.
I replay Republic Commando once a year because it is the absolute perfect squad game and nothing has compared since.
This year, I've enjoyed Subnautica a couple times through.
Another odd one is Hardspace:Shipbreaker. Played in the mode without a time limit I find it super zen to just take apart a spaceship and listen to some music or a podcast.
Technically cheating since I actually managed to quit.
A couple of months ago was the first time since its closed beta that I did not have Path of Exile installed on my pc. After a particularly obsessive stint last year, I had to finally recognize it was a problem.
Creeper World 3 & 4.
It's an easy, relaxing, shut-off-your-brain-and-just-play kind of game.
Europa Universalis IV. Has many errors, but the pure amount of fun it has from a decade+ of patches and added features makes the errors so worth it
Dota 2. May not be perfect but the cannot stop playing factor on it is insane. Wasted a lot of my life on it.
Destiny. It’s so dry right now and playing it is literally pointless but I keep finding myself firing it up a couple times a week
FTL, even with the bullshit encounters where you litterally cannot win because the enemy disabled your oxygen and they have max level shields plus an extra barrier, I keep coming back to this game because it's so good. The mods are also great
The Binding of Isaac, great game to pick up when I've got alittle free time but can't commit a shit ton of time to. And even if I haven't played in months, I'm still finding new stuff
Skyrim! Absolutely perfect game :>
World of Warcraft
Factorio.
Warband and Bannerlord. Whenever I hear sandbox game, my mind shifts to those.
kingdom hearts 2 final mix
Dota 2
Titanfall 2 I always come back to it now and then I love partition I Iove frontier defense it's a great game mode
Company of Heroes
WoW Classic. It's like heroine for me. I was off for a year but I relapsed again.
Pubg
Warthunder.
I've been playing it since it was just ww2 planes.
It's funny too because the developers treat the community like shit, but I'll be damned if I don't keep coming back.
Persona 5 (and P5 Royal). I get the urge to play through it every year or so. The whole hand is just dripping in style, I love the characters, the art, the music, everything. It’s a massive game with tons of content, the perfect RPG.
Underrail
stardew valley. I've beaten it multiple times but still end up coming back and starting a new farm.
