This game is absolute choas from the moment it begins. lol

I downloaded it a few days ago and had never even heard of it.

This game makes every other game I've ever played seem tame in comparison. It's got demon babies, demon women with tongues that shoot out of their vaginas, a giant demon that shoots babies out of her nipples...I mean, I haven't even finished the game and it's easily the most perverse game I've ever played. By a long shot.

It's freaking awesome. lmao

I've never played a game like it.

It’s fucking awesome, basically the exact same formula as the older generation God of War games but based on the Divine Comedy( a poem written by Dante Alighieri in the Middle Ages that describes a journey through the Seven Circles of Hell)

There’s also an animated feature film of the same name based on the game and it’s badass, think it may even be on Netflix

It's so entertaining! My husband loves it and played it for me. It's wild

That was my god of war and I love that game so much. I loved the unhinged design they used for everything and just really made you not want to be there.

Wish I could play it on PC but hey that is why I got the Xbox game pass.

One of my favorite games of all time. It really holds up. I've heard all the old food of war games are better, but I just love the setting for Dante's Inferno.

It’s good, it’s like a god of war clone but never got sequels, I recommend it

Read the book it’s even weirder

It's been on my to read list for ages. There is also an animated film of it that's a decent enough watch.

A LOT of symbolism. It’s pretty different from the game I would say it’s an inspiration for the game rather than a game of the book. Purgatorio and paradisio are pretty difficult to read too

It was a poem called the Divine Comedy, it’s mostly allegory, hence all the weird symbolism - was also written in Tuscan in the Middle Ages so is pretty difficult to read now especially after translation lol

Yeah I had to take it slow. I tried purgatory and paradise and it was pretty easy to be like “wtf is he talking about”

I remember the dialogue being mostly your dude screaming “BEATRICE”!!!

Which is just the equivalent of yelling "Athena" at every step. That or "Zeus"
