Aside from gloves designed for photography, maybe look into sailing gloves. Most sailing gloves are designed to be close fitting for pulling lines/ropes/sheets. You can find them in different weights for different environments. Look for them on stores that specialize in sailing supplies

ProMaster has a line with fingertip fold downs. I've had mixed results with them so far; leaning positive but not overwhelmingly so yet.
I have super thing north face gloves. They are the best and can’t feel the cold no matter hap bad. I hgebfull control over the small buttons on my camera too!
I use snowboarding gloves, the individual fingers type and not the mitten type. They are warm and allow for control (also somehow work on my camera touch screen). The brand i use is called roxy, i first got the for driving a car, but they are good for photography too. Those have been warm enough for pretty much any weather that the camera battery can stand. Wrist bands on the gloves are a big bonus as that way they don't fall if i need to take them off for some reason
Vallerret is an entire company dedicated explicitly to what you've described. They only make photography gloves.
