Who is the biggest "what if" player of all time? What I mean by this is a player who could've had a dramatically different or better career if he had chose a different option.

One of my picks is Neymar. What if he stayed at Barcelona?

Why would he be regarded as a what if? he was extremely accomplished, lots of players didn't do much further than 30 in those days so he had most of his career
