So I have a rather big movie catalogue on my iTunes account, is there a way to access the extra contents on the Apple TV app on a smart tv? I can access them perfectly on my phone, iPad and laptop

Yes, they’re available just the same

ChatGPT says Certainly! Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Ensure Smart TV Compatibility: Make sure your smart TV is compatible with the Apple TV app. Most modern smart TVs support it.

  2. Install Apple TV App: If the Apple TV app is not pre-installed on your TV, download and install it from your TV's app store.

  3. Sign In with Apple ID: Open the Apple TV app and sign in with the same Apple ID used for your iTunes movie purchases.

  4. Access Library: Navigate to the "Library" section within the Apple TV app. This is usually where your purchased movies are listed.

  5. Choose a Movie: Select a movie from your library that you have extra content for.

  6. Explore Extras: Once you've chosen a movie, look for an "Extras" or "Bonus Content" section. This is where additional content related to the movie is typically found.

  7. Enjoy Extras: Click on the extras to enjoy additional content like behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, or other bonus material.

Remember, the exact steps might vary slightly based on your smart TV's interface, but this general guide should help you access the extra content on the Apple TV app.

You would need to get an AppleTV box for your (not so) smart TV
