In seedr you can get increased quota by completing some tasks like posting about them in your blog, social media, inviting other users etc. Another option is Sonicbit, gives 4GB free out of the box. Then there is webtor.io which claims to have no file size limit but download speed is very much throttled for free plans. For paid options, nothing can beat Alldebrid/RealDebrid

I have been using Real Debrid for years for this. It also integrates nicely into my Kodi set up for watching TV shows and movies.
