9/10 times I don’t feel the Apple Watch alarm vibrations. However I do use the watch to track my sleep.

Any way to force alarms on my phone instead of my watch?

Set alarms on the phone.

I think the only way is to have a regular alarm and not an alarm with the sleep schedule. Sleep schedule needs to be off for the phone to sound the alarm and not the watch.

This is my biggest gripe. I love everything about the watch, setting my sleep schedule and tracking sleep. But if the haptic alarm goes off it either scares me out of my sleep cycle or I snooze until I’m late. The sleep schedule wake up alarm is perfect for me.

As far as i know you can’t have nighttime focus, with tracking and phone alarm.

You can try not using the Sleep schedule alarm and set a normal alarmo on your iPhone

Don’t use the sleep schedule

There is a way to do it because I accidentally do it a couple of times a month. I charge my watch before bed and sometimes forget to unlock it after putting it back on.

When that happens my alarm on my phone goes off instead of the watch haptic alarm and it always scares the absolute shit out of me. So, make sure your watch is locked when you go to bed.
