I always photograph or video myself opening high value opens delivered through the post. Just in case

Wait, so what time was this at and on what date?

[–] waaaghboyz@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (2 children)

People downvoting this are imbeciles lol

[–] Kisunae@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Ha. The massive time/date stamp had me laughing. Couldn’t resist the sarcastic question. I guess others didn’t get the joke.

Downvoters are always imbeciles

[–] waaaghboyz@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

This is the case yes

Looks like it was tampered before packaging. File a report and return for a refund.

I messaged into Apple chat via iMessage. They gave me a refund and a $40 gift card for my trouble

I ordered a band from amazon and got an empty, sealed envelope.

[–] detBittenbinder23@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

I ordered a “like new” band from sold and shipped by Amazon and it arrived as a counterfeit in authentic Apple packaging.

I’ll stick with eBay from now on.

[–] Toltepequeno@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

As bad as Amazon is I have had worse luck with ebay.

[–] detBittenbinder23@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Yeah but eBay is usually good about dealing with products that are inauthentic. As long as they claim it’s real then eBay will have your back.

[–] Toltepequeno@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

That’s true, they are good about it.

But I have had good luck with amazon also, they always replace missing or damaged. Maybe because we have prime.

That looks used. The card that is meant to hold the strap in place isn’t perfect on the edge. Was the box sealed when you got it?

[–] Ryanbrasher@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Cool.

Tell Apple and you’ll get a replacement.

rare picture of apple camo band

[–] Tyler-Parrish@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I ordered a watch band from Target and took hours for them to finally give me a refund, and still had me pay shipping

[–] kduong89@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I present to you the badn new band that we designed to save our environment: invisible air band

[–] AR_Harlock@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

What am I missing? I clearly see a white and gold strap in the package ...

[–] jiggsmca@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

It’s blue and black!

[–] LitBit_618@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I feel the urge to make a John Cena joke, but I will refrain.

[–] Fatbaldmuslim@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

As unpopular as this post may be I ordered a £5 orange loop from eBay and the quality is very very close to original at a fraction of the price, I wouldn’t buy a legit Apple Loop now and I say that as someone who owns the £400 stainless strap.

[–] DearNeighborhood7685@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Scammed you lol

[–] salloumk@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Obviously didn’t leave the factory like this. Someone opened it and stole the band.

[–] FearIsStrongerDanluv@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Just wondering, how can you prove this to Apple to get a refund?
