I have 3 Apple TV devices (all latest models, one is the 4K version) attached to my tvs at home. In the last month all of them have an issue with the up button (the upper edge just outside the round touch pad). I’ve reset everything with no change. I’m convinced an Apple update broke something. I’m on the latest update. Anyone else seeing this?

May be worth a force restart of your remote:

Press and hold the TV/Control Center button and the Volume Down button at the same time. Hold the buttons down for about 5 seconds, or until the status light on your Apple TV turns off and on again.

Release the buttons. Then wait 5 to 10 seconds for a Connection Lost notification to appear on your TV screen.

Wait while your remote restarts. When the Connected notification appears, you can use your remote.

Good suggestion, but I've done this a bunch of times with no change. I'm thinking tonight I'll sync one of the remotes to a different TV and check for the problem. If it's still a there I'll just live with it. I am able get "up" functionality with the trackpad, but that trackpad drives me nuts so I was looking for a solution. Thanks for the reply.

Is this with the TVOS17 update?
