Carcassonne is one of my favourites.

I’ve seen it around but never knew anything about it, will add it to the list! Thank you!

Don’t know if they’re on sale, but my 2c:

  • ticket to ride
  • Arkham horror the card game
  • Concordia (euro, but right there with wingspan and catan IMHO)
  • takenoko

Thanks for the suggestions! Have Ticket to Ride and have been eyeing Arkham Horror for awhile but heard that it’s kinda campaign based? It’s been hard to keep a group consistently so wasn’t sure if that’ll be a problem. Will check out the other two!

Arkham lcg is my favorite game, but it absolutely is campaign-based.

there are standalone scenarios that you can do but they are not the main part of the game. the campaigns are incredible though and honestly if you can find even one other person or even play solo I absolutely recommend this one.

could always demo it on like tabletop simulator or something too to see if you like it

Looking at the list you might enjoy Civilization a new Dawn, though I don't know if it's on sale. If you're getting it, I highly recommend to get the Terra Incognita expansion, as it turns it from a meh to a great game

Thanks for the suggestion! Haven’t heard of this one but it’s going to the research list!

You might like Everdell.

Also Kwakzalvers (don't know what it is in English)

I feel like Everdell has always sat in the back of my mind but I never knew enough to pull the trigger on it. Will have to check out more about it and what it is. Thanks for the recommendations!

It's very similar to wingspan.

Collection game where you try to build a village of critters. You have "seasons" where you get to place workers to get resources and get cards by spending those resources.

A bunch of different cards with effects! Very fun in my opinion. It can also be played with 2.

  • Clever 4Ever is the first newer Clever game that I actually prefer over the original. Don't see any exceptional deals on it but I thought I'd mention
  • Spirit Island on Amazon for $44 is a decent price. Or Horizons of Spirit Island at $14.99 for a less expensive entry point.
  • Tabletop Merchant has a bunch games on sale including Ark Nova which you might enjoy based on the Terraforming Mars like. The free-shipping threshold is pretty high but lots of good stuff to choose from and even their base prices tend to be decent
  • Buttonshy has everything 25% off with the coupon code on that page
  • Some other Amazon deals that are still live: Star Wars: The Deckbuilding Game $15, Cat in the Box $17, Carpe Diem $16, Beyond the Sun $44, Jekyll vs Hyde $12

Oooo lots of recommendations!! Saving this to look at for later think the only know I’ve seen is the Star Wars deckbuilding game. So much stuff to research! Thanks for the thorough response!
