Why doesn't the iOS operating system have the ability to adjust color profiles and only uses the P3 profile? In the macOS operating system, there is an option to customize color profiles, and I've set mine to Apple RGB, which displays colors beautifully and vividly. It's a shame that this option is not available on the iPhone.

It’s supposed to perform color management so that sRGB content properly displays in the sRGB color gamut and Display P3 content displays properly in the Display P3 color gamut. Forcing everything to one color gamut will either cause oversaturation or undersaturation when the source color gamut does not match.
