Click back, and click next again. It looks like it just didn’t properly load. Also check your internet and/or cellular connection and if that doesn’t work restart the phone.

If this is a new phone. You have to software update the phone first and then do a factory reset to transfer data phone to phone. With the release of the iPhone 15 and the updated OS came a bug within initial device set up. I don’t know how it happened but it’s just an extra step you need to take now to properly set up your new device when transferring from an old one. If it’s a current phone you can hard reset it with a button combination of: Volume Up Volume Down Then press and hold only the Lock Screen button until the phone powers off and the Apple logo appears. After the logo comes back on you can let go and wait for the phone to boot up entirely. I guess the next step would be to try and download it again?? Idk you might need to go to an Apple Store. Or an Apple verified store. Best of luck!
