I had a similar issue with Wi-Fi. If your phone had a major drop, chances are some connections between the cellular chip and the motherboard came loose
You need to take your iPhone for a long drive. Looks like it is upset on you 🤣
Bro there’s no SIM card in the phone it says it right there at the top
try checking the sim in other device, is the sim working?
Try replacing your sim card, if that does not work take your phone to a repair shop.
Take your sim card out and put it back in.
Don’t you see the No sim label above 😂
You have no sim
