Hey. From time to time audio will completely disappear from YouTube. Only a reboot of the Apple TV box fixes it. All other apps work as normal.

Are you using HomePods as your audio output?

Nope. HDMI to TV and stereo out to analog amp.

I have the same problem and I’m using a Sonos soundbar.
