Is what meant to happen

[–] Elecmaco@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Yeah, fog is pretty common.

Mine did the same thing. Idk if it’s a bug with the 17.2 beta but I was messing around with widgets and deleted them and it left a clear page. Not mad at it though because I can always see my wallpaper

Well I used to always just clear everything off my home screens and navigate to App Library with one swipe to the side, so my home screen looked like that all the time till I decided to put widgets and now I can never see my wallpaper🤧… might clear it out again soon

I can’t remember the exact iOS version, maybe 14 or 15, but you’ve been able to set one home screen to display 0 apps and I think it’s nice to let you see your wallpaper clearly.

It's very common if you're in Silent Hill

i got it to have an empty page too

Only thing I can possibly think of is that your “do not disturb” or one of your other focus modes is set with an empty home screen and all your regular app pages are deactivated. This is at least on iOS 17 (and was already a thing on iOS 16 from what I remember).

You can check this under settings->focus->*focus mode of choice eg. do not disturb or sleep and it should show you several options for what kind of lockscreen and app pages you want to have on display while in that focus mode.

Yes, fog is a natural occurring phenomenon.

Anyone care to explain why my brand new iPhone 15 Pro max can't even take a decent close up shot but my 3 year old android phone obliterates it with it's crisp quality??

Is there a flower like symbol in yellow in the down left corner when the camera app is open and you are trying to focus on an object ? If yes then klick on the yellow symbol and it should take a sharp photo
