I am getting this message and I don’t know what it is or how to remove it. I have clicked on “OK” and “show in finder”. It pops back up. No way to close it. And I can’t find anything on the internet about what this is. Any ideas and where I can I research how to resolve this problem?

Try to go to settings > security and allow it to run, most of the time thats the fix for me

Or control+click then tap open.

Do this from Finder, not Launchpad or it won’t work.

Er, why are you suggesting that potential malware should be allowed to run?

Maybe bc on macos everything out the app store is considered “malware”?

Yet I have 20 apps installed from outside the App Store, and none of them were flagged as malware.

Install malwarebytes and scan your computer.

Go to virustotal.com if you can find the file or app and try to scan it there
