This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.

This community is for posts about Marxism and geopolitics (including shitposts to some extent). Serious posts can be posted here or in /c/GenZhou. Reactionary or ultra-leftist cringe posts belong in /c/shitreactionariessay or /c/shitultrassay respectively.

We have a Matrix homeserver and a Matrix space. See this thread for more information. If you believe the server may be down, check the status on status.elara.ws.

Many [bozos] want to take a confrontational approach to China, with the idea that we can isolate the country and spend it on the ground militarily, as we arguably did with the Soviet Union.
At its peak, the Soviet economy was roughly 60 percent of the size of the U.S. economy, and China’s economy is already 25 percent larger.

Looking forward to the revised editions of US history books that condemn rather than praise Nixon's trip to China lol

Their use of nominal GDP while ignoring GDP PPP reminds me of the Tokyo olympics. While China had more gold medals than USA, American news were using the total medal count to sort countries, instead of sorting them by gold medal count. At the final day of the olympics USA surpassed China in gold medals (39 vs 38), and thus the American news returned back to the traditional gold medal count for sorting the countries.

I predict that the clowns running US foreign policy aren't going to get over it.

They'll be back in log cabins while China is building the world land bridge, and they'll still be putting up town broadsides about how China is about to collapse.
