Yesterday my watch was running low on power and I turned on low power mode so it can survive the night. Now looking at sleep tracking and heart rate data it looks like it measured my heart rate the whole time. I'm confused because Apple's help page says

Low Power Mode turns off these features

Background heart rate measurements

What's going on?
