So happy for McLaren and Albon. Mercs weren't too bad either tbh. Ferrari nothing to say about them, won't be long until they wouldn't finish in the top 10 lol.

Great win, very nice to see Lando doing well and got some enjoyment out of the British public having to listen to the Dutch anthem (you could feel the pain sweep over the crowd π)
This is my least favorite track on the calendar though so all-in-all a meh weekend F1 wise
Every time I see Max win I always think it's saying. Thax for stoppin, and letting me take first.
VER NOR HAM sounds like a cozy little German town with a great pub
Sad to see c/formula1 spoiling the race result plainly in the title just like r/formula1. Some things never change...
How do you propose this is solved?
By letting us filter the subs in the homepage. So I can still visit the sub but donβt see any posts on the homepage to avoid being spoiled. Or, not have the results in the title and add a NSFW tag to the picture.
By making the title literally anything other than "[drivers name] wins race". "British Grand Prix Post-Race Discussion" would be literally the same thread in all but name. But people who didn't get to watch it live for whatever don't have to worry about spoilers that don't need to happen
One of the rare races that enjoyed this season.Redbull dominance continues to killing my passion for this sport.
Did you have any passion left? Because if this current dominance is depleting your passion I wonder what was left after the 2014-2020 period. Are you still a F1 fan or are you clinging on and 1 more year of dominance will ruin F1 for you? Because I have some new for you if this is the case: Max will dominate some more years I think.
Or some other team starts to dominate. Say if that was your team/driver, would you also lose interrest in F1?
dont support any of the teams.I love competition and i know that this is not first time history we see dominant teams but I just want to see 1st and 2nd drivers competing for race win.
Okay amazing race but this is way out line for a spoiler title and image. Iβm glad I didnβt pick up my phone in the middle of watching or before I started, there are plenty of us in this community that have to watch races not live and we deserve to not have the results ruined like this. This should be a clear rules violation and the post deleted.
If you aren't going to watch live, block the community from your feed until you watch. r/formula1 went through this same debate years ago and found that censoring all posts during and after a race stifled the discussion, and it would be the same result here.
Literally all that's required is not have it plastered on the title and in the thumbnail. "British Grand Prix 2023 Discussion" is perfectly fine, and btw, is what the other formula 1 community is doing, and it doesn't appear to be stifling discussion over there.
I don't know, I think you taking care/curate you intake of news, and therefore intake of current F1 news, is on you, not the international F1 community wanting to discuss the race live. Why would the rest of the F1 fans over the world put things on hold because of you? Honest question. I know there are more like you but let's be real, that number is a fragment of the people who watch live, I suspect.
Nobody is asking anyone to put anything on hold. A "post race discussion thread" would be the same discussion with a non-spoiler title.
