I suspect I'm ADHD, and a couple of people close to me too. So I've been trying to understand my own foibles and also with our what's happening with them. Your mileage may vary, but I have found the "How to ADHD" YouTube channel quite useful. https://youtube.com/@HowtoADHD

Will check it out, thank you.
https://aadduk.org/help-support/support-groups/ Is a list of support groups. Some are online, others in person. My wife has OCD and I've used some of the OCD partner groups. They've been really helpful. You're not alone
Thank you, will take a look. I dont know if we're at that stage, but these groups never hurt.
Out of interest, what process is your partner using? I tried to pursue a diagnosis and was hit with a wall of unhelpful responses (especially for adult diagnoses) and high costs.
They're going through the NHS, but its taken them a year to get any traction after filling in some massive form (very ADHD friendly 🙄).
We've just moved GPs and they had an appointment this morning to find out where they were and the Doc was shocked to find out and has kick started the process. Apparently we have to wait a few months for that.
The whole thing is so damn slow.
