I followed the link, entered all my details and credit card number and everything! It turns out they already know all I need to tell them and I'm sure to see my refund in my account real soon!

It can still be due if it's a refund. It's an amount due to you.
Edit: Should have also stated the obvious. This is a scam. The URL and missing "tax" between "income return" are some of the bigger give aways.
Also the domain name, you would expect my.gov.au or ato.gov.au.
