Tough one this. I'm a massive hockey fan, and whilst I wasn't familiar with Johnson (he had a cup of coffee in the NHL) it always hurts when tragedy strikes what is a relatively tight hockey community. Being in the UK makes it that little harder to accept too. I've been in those rinks, seen those players.
Obviously my thoughts go out to his family and friends, but I've got no idea what his teammates and those in the arena last night will do going forward. You don't quickly forget that sort of thing.
Just an absolute tragedy from front to back.
