A spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service says former President Donald Trump will be digitally fingerprinted and have his birthdate and Social Security number taken as part of the booking process at the federal courthouse in Miami. The spokesman said the former president will forgo a mugshot tuesday because enough photos of him already exist in the system — confirming what a person familiar with negotiations around the proceedings said earlier. The spokesman said that booking could take place before Trump appears in court or afterward, depending on when he arrives. He said authorities did not plan to immediately alert the media once Trump had arrived.

let me guess he also doesnt have to give his dna either. lock this pos up already so he cant break the conditions of his bond, only one is he cant talk to witnesses or the other defendant about the case. and i, for one, dont trust him to do even that.

They didn’t even take his passport or even take a mugshot of him. You think the average citizen would get such kid gloves treatment?

The secret service would not allow the president to flee the nation.

Maybe. How well do they verify that he is actually him? Couldn't he get a lookalike to hang out with the Secret Service guys while he skates?

That's pretty deep conspiracy level stuff

I highly recommend everyone should read the actual indictment:
https://www.scribd.com/document/651864905/US-v-Trump-Nauta-23-80101

It’s a very easy read and many pages are photos and tables. So it’s not as long as it seems.

And in fact, I would even say that it’s an entertaining read. Like a HBO show script ;)

After reading the indictment I recommend reading up on the document scandals of Biden and pence.

It will become very clear why they are not the same and why trump was indicted.

After that I recommend watching the coverage of the indictment by conservative media and the statements republican politicians make.

It will turn your stomach.

It's absolutely stunning to read. It's also stunning to see people, public figure or otherwise, defend his actions. I am unable to wrap my brain around the conservative talking points. It just makes no sense.
