Was it good? I’ve got some ethical concerns about eating octopus so have never tried it.

Understandable! It was amazing, I am a big fan of seafood and octopus cooked correctly is one of the best! This was grilled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Me too. Eating such a smart animal feels wrong. On the other hand they are absolutely delicious when cooked properly. Probably my favorite seafood.
