It would not surprise me if van den Berg was targeted for libel and slander law suits , maybe even anon threats

renters can anonymously submit detailed reviews about a property, along with photos

I don't understand, how would this be anonymous? Wouldn't realestate keep track of who the property was leased to at what time, and be able to track down who posted the review?

I guess realestate agents are probably too room temperature iq to be able to read those reviews though

By not having an actual name, does that reduce the chance of libel and slander? Not sure how it works completely.
