Well I was the same, while in uny every day was so indiffrent that you could ask me what day it is and I wouldnt know. One day the wednesday frog meme came and I was waiting for every wednesday to post it to the group chat, everybody cought on and we all were waiting for wednesdays. Nothing special was happening on wednesdays but it was like waiting for christmas. After uni there was nothing to wait for and life lost meaning to me, monotony of work was even worse because I didnt have weekends and months were flying by, than one day it just snaped for me that i need to long for something, either its wednesday or somthing else, maybe a holiday that you plan and made countdown, you shoud do the same, find a place to go, mark it on a callander and countdown the days, you can change plans and not go on that day but its a goal that gives a bit of meaning for your life until you make a new goal, or until you find what takes you out of your depresion. For now iam waiting for wednesdays again.
