Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.

Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won't have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.

When I am in a community and i am scrolling ; commenting and responding on the post then I go back to the main page of the community , where I was before , it refreshes me back to Top and oh boi is this really grinding my gears. This doesn't happen when I am in the All front page , just when inside of the communities front page.

Is anybody having this issues? Is thid because of the app? The app the best and if it is an issued with it then I will patiently wait , but dang i didn't had this issue before.

Yep it's known, and annoying lol.

I'm personally using the mobile website, which at the moment seems to be working a lot better than Jerboa. I'm sure we'll get there eventually, though.

Yep, just got it and got shown your post again.

This, combined with the fact that I can't hide read posts, makes for a slightly frustrating experience.

You can hide read posts, it's a checkbox in the account settings menu

Yeah I have similar issues. It's an app issue, hopefully the dev can sort it out, seems like there's been a lot more updates since the Reddit blackout, but Lemmy is still young so hopefully with it training traction many other app developers will create their own and it'll be like how Reddit had a wide selection to choose from.

Same happens to me.
