This just shows how dumb he thinks people are. How can somebody express this kind of bullshit and keep a straight face. It's one thing to plate the web with ads, but what really makes me aggressive, is a Google Asshole telling people that this is for their better experience. Fuck you Google, you are a rotten piece of shit.

Next week: "Our research suggests that user experience can be further improved with inline advertisement embedding. What this change means for our partners is that, when serving ads, we recommend prerendering them and avoiding use of explicit semantic markup. As per our new recommendations, advertisements should be located within <main> or <article> elements, and contained within an enclosing <div>. Do not place them within <iframe> or <aside> elements."

That's not exactly something to brag about.

"Our search results have become so poorly correlated to search intent due to our inability to filter blogspam that we find that often paid placements are the only way to connect shoppers with the things they are actually looking for."

This is what that phrase was really translating into.

No need for dehumanizing pronouns, even re: the super wealthy. He is rich. And a douchenozzle.

If the word 'executive' is in the job title you can go ahead and also assume 'psychopathic tendencies, at the least'.

It would be great to find out this guy is also blocking the ads on the downlow. Shouldn't that be the first question as soon as someone makes such a claim?

And the ChatGPT-generated articles the ads link to? World-class journalism
