- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

Fired from an internship.
Yeah. Most of the tech industry intern firings I'm aware of are for sex with other interns at work. Horny teen learns self control is a story they can tell.
Leaking trade secrets is not.
Why would you fire someone for having consensual sex with another employee?

Because they were doing it at work, where other employees saw them. Other people having sex in front of me is generally inconsistent with getting work done.
When I was an intern, a lot of the interns were terrible and didn’t even bother to show up. The big bank just let them finish their internship cause it was more work to fire them…
Yeah, right? By the time the paperwork is done, the internship is over anyway.

I saw that and then realized my user name wouldn't actually hamper a public career as much as I had previously feared.
Yeah this guy should never have gotten a security clearance in the first place, even if it was issued by the President himself.
It's like handing the nuclear codes to a known international arms dealer.
I didn't think any of them actually have a clearance. Certainly wouldn't be able to get them through the normal process.
