I don't see how this is a problem, we know all Data is going directly to the CCP anyway the only reason Deep Seek is a big deal is because it is open source, in other words you would have to be an idiot to use it outside of a private server, or at least a rebranded US knock off.
This post is not meant to be about perceived privacy issues. It's purely about the bad security which led to a data breach. Which is a big problem.
