It's all Trumps fault.
What a great narrative to start
Absolutely, it is. Also, why the hell is gas still so expensive?
Same with eggs. All his fault!!!
I mean it is poetic that it happened immediately after he did that, and it's definitely a stupid decision, but this almost certainly didn't have anything to do with that decision. That's an action whose consequences won't start to materialize till much later on.
This is just like how he gutted the pandemic early warning program, called PREDICT in China just before COVID hit.
This time we are even starting early, only not sure if it will be bird flu, ebola or turbeculosis.
Or how he put a science-denying antivax fool in charge of the Department of Health and defended all scientific research just before the great bird flu pandemic of '25?
Bird flu and tuberculosis pandemics of ‘25
Didn't forget polio and measles. The antivaxers want those to make a comeback, too.
No one at all would he better than a nepbaby.
This happened before, right? He did the samething with the trains. How did that workout?
Too bad holodecks aren't real. We could put him in one and let him fuck up a virtual world instead of the one we actually rely on.
We could take him up to space and blow him out of an air lock. That's kind of like Star Trek.
More like The Expanse.
I literally just started watching this. Going in for episode 2.
The Lemmy algorithm is working ;)
You won't be disappointed. Easily the best space scifi show of the last decade.
Maybe we should aim for the Event Horizon experience?
Total Recall. Let's see those eyeballs pop.
The end of Alien. ...oh and the end of Aliens oddly
