Michigan does have the Porcupine and Huron mountain ranges, but they're some of the oldest mountains in the world (the youngest estimate I've seen is 1.1 billion years old, and they run as high as 2b+) and consequently they really don't look anything like that. They're covered with old-growth forest and they get a shitload of snow every winter.
I'm also unsure, just repeating what the loop caption says. It does seem rather un-Michigan-like, but I also figured it was the UP 🤷
Beautiful scenery, but I can just imagine falling out into that water not being fun at all
