I was uploading an image to add to my post, but it kept saying it was too large. Is it because it is too large in terms of kilobytes or megabytes, or is it because of an error on my end?

100kb is filesize limit on your instance.

You can upload it to 3rd party image hosting service and then add link to it in the URL field

Or if you want to it in the body you can do this:
