Western propaganda is heavily reliant on stirring up emotional investment from the public. This works for a while, but eventually people end up being burnt out and move on.

A city around here still firmly holds on to its Slava Ukraine! tram. The entire cart is painted in yellow and blue and all the one liners like standing with ukraine are plastered on it. The cringiest part is the peace doves with the ukraine flag.
