- Put villagers on "stand ground" to prevent them running away when attacked (including by non-threats like Greek scouts)
- Click over a TC or granary while placing farms to automatically place it
- Lure your hunt
- Pre-queue techs with right click
- Hit the livestock button at your TC to automatically send all herdables there
- Set your "select all heroes" hotkey to something useful.
- You can go over the population limit by one unit. E.g. if you have 14/15 pop, a 3 pop unit can still be built.
- Units drop off resources when they finish constructing a building, for example holding food and tasked to build a mining camp, they will drop the food off.
- Village Centers are TCs that can be built anywhere, but train villagers slower, don't give extra population space, and only shoot arrows if garisoned. They train technologies and ages at the same speed as a TC.
- Alt-c to automatically send villagers to the nearest shelter. Repeat that and they'll return to their previous job.
- Spread formation can be useful against area-of-effect powers
- Some units, like chariot archers, take bonus damage (and get bonus effects from relics) from two types, such as range and cavalry.
- Ballistics causes your ranged attacks to target the direction a unit is moving better.
- Myth units gain a 20% hp & damage boost each age up, as do non-Atlantean heroes.
- Consider adding extra favour gatherers (an extra monument, more oracles, more villagers praying) while aging up.
