Didn't expect Decino.

Halloween just lets me know the good food holidays are around the corner.

Are you saying candy isn't good, or are you saying candy isn't food?

Are you saying christmas is not a candy holiday? I'm too old to go trick-or-treating, but I'm certainly not too old to buy all the tasty christmas sweets!

I see it more as a cookies and chocolate holiday, but there are certainly a supporting cast of candies.

But with halloween, it's the main attraction.

Where I live, cakes aren't really a christmas thing ... I suppose cookies might not really be "candy", but they're definitely sweets.

LOL, when I was a kid Halloween was the good food holiday!

I could never get into Halloween because I grew up in western NY and it wasn't unusual to have a ton of snow by the end of October. Hard to to be excited about a costume when it has to be covered by winter clothing. I think the very last time I went trick or treating, I just threw a sheet over me and my snow suit and called it good lol.
