This was dope, wish it was on Spotify. I might actually buy this since it doesn't seem to be.

Favorite track was probably Self Taught. Star Jumpers really got me going too and the horns on Dark Technology were sick. Hip hop needs more horns. I'm a sucker for The Beastmaster so Wizard gets a huge thumbs up from me too. There was a section in the middle I wasn't super feeling (Tracks 9-12), but it came right back with Hold It Down. Overall, the album for sure seemed stronger in the first half though (except Self Taught). The general style and the little samples at the start of some track really gave the whole thing an old school feel for me, which I liked.

Anybody know more about this dude? Seems like he goes under a few different names (Asharri The Vagabond, Derelict, and Self Taught Knowledge, maybe more) but I can't find any of his stuff on any major streaming service. Just Bandcamp and Soundcloud. I'm finding stuff dated as far back as 2008 that seems to be him
