We had a guy go after a big fibre bundle with an ax because it was on the side of a railway he was angry at, except wayyyyyyy in the bushes.

They craned a 20' box out there and clean-roomed it so they could splice all those strands back together without contaminants.

Some dudes, a crane, containers and a light pole... the possibilities are endless. They could stack a few of these Maersk containers and let him climb to change the bulb, or harness the guy directly to the crane.
