Is there a way to search for posts with certain keywords in them? If so, can this only be done locally, or can it also be done across instances?

I haven't been able to, the search is kind of rudimentary atm I think.

Yup, the "search" is just a community lookup for now. The actual search happens on the server, so it should be feasible to implement.

Yea I'm sure it'll be taken care of down the line. I'm pretty easy going. I'm having a good time so far, quirks and all. Thanks for the link. Lemmy introduced me to the world all things technology. I never really had interest in it, but it's pretty fascinating lol
