Looks like some kind of arm rest or something similar. Might go with the tattoo gun in the other hand when a tattoo artist works at an uncomfortable angle?
ETA: It seems to be a frame with two seperate blue cushions.
Four, actually, and it's still missing two from the product it's supposed to represent (they could be removable though).
