I had a friend who used to live in Edmondson Park. He hated it. Little public transport and mostly houses. I don't think it even really had parks last I looked.
Anyone here live in the area? Hope you're not affected by the fires.

Late to the party, but me 🙋🏻♂️ I live in that area
Few more parks, Ed Square, not too much else. Buses are okish in peak, not quite the numbers off peak to run the services every 30 minutes.
Mostly houses lol.. that’s the story of Sydney these days.. it’s houses and mcdonalds all the way down
Glad to hear it's better than I heard :) Although McDonalds density is a terrifying metric.
Do you use public transport to get out or mostly car?
Car to station, then trains. Occasional bus depending on what the wife is up to (needing the car). To be honest, they did have those buses running when there weren’t the passengers, those early days were nice!
It’s a fair bit better now on all those fronts. There’s also an inordinate amount of early learning/child care out here lol. They want us doing nothing but eating burgers, shopping and rootin’. Apparently we need to send the kids into the CBD as soon as they hit high school age, must be the plan to fix the economy 🤷🏻♂️
Edit — those early days were painful if you had to use buses. I didn’t mean to downplay that. They were quiet though if you did walk and wait to get on one
I love your take on this, thankyou for sharing. My friend didn't do too much rooting so maybe that's why he was missing out xD
"When in Rome..."
Glad to hear it's better than I heard.
Is asbestos flammable?
Fluorindson Park? I thought they were too new for that.
