Saw Stan's interview after the trophy, I'm convinced he didn't know where he was and who was playing. Bet he went to Nikola Jovic on the heat to try and dap him up before the game before being told by Josh that their star player is Nikola Jokic.

Perfect time for a drunk Josh to approve Rice and Caicedo

This has nothing to do with good management, or ownership or anything.

His team got extremely lucky drafting Jokic with the 41st pick in 2014.

Without Jokic, they do not win this championship.

You forget that American owners don't 'go all in' in the same way as people expect oligarchs and nation states to. Stans money didn't buy this championship, in fact he's going to be making huge amounts of money out of it in pretty much the opposite of what you're expectin him to do at Arsenal.

On the other hand this concept of young hungry coaches/managers being given the support to do theri thing with an equally young and hungry squad seems to be a hallmark, the only problem is that there is no US equivalent of Man City in the way.
