IMHO, the crowd details are just too obscured by compression artifacts to make out the AI artifacts.
Yeah, that's what I thought too. However, it could also just be an old painting, where the crowd wasn't drawn completely detailed.

It’s the scene from Troy, way too detailed on the people to be AI generated. The horse head though, I don’t think it’s AI, just edited by someone.
